These are such cute looking sturdy and good quality dumbbell. I am totally in love with these. So easy to manage different weight and fits really well in the had. Has a good grip. Cost is very reasonable.

These dumbbells have been a staple for my arm workouts! I love the customization of it and it's so easy to use. These are great for all fitness levels. I was also impressed by the quality of them, especially for the price!

I have been looking for an adjustable set of free weights for a while and I'm glad I came across these (though wish I came across them years ago so I didn't buy separate sets of 2, 3, and 5 pound weights). Adjusting the weights is easy - you align the piece and twist it into place. As an extra precaution, I like to pull the weight I attached and shake it a little to make sure they're in place. These are sturdy to use as braces when doing floor work and I've used them to do standing core exercises (so holding each end of one dumbbell) without issue. The middle bar has good grip to it and is comfortable, but the ends (the individual weight pieces) have a plastic exterior so they're not as comfortable to grab with my small hands and if you're doing triceps work behind your head with two weights, they're harder to hold in place side-by-side and they slide around. That said, given that the weight pieces are made of plastic, I don't know how well they would hold up if accidentally dropped. Another minor drawback is the color - the blue really isn't as sky blue as in the picture. It's more of an aqua/green-blue color, which isn't the end of the world, but a disappointment.

These weights are perfect for an upper body workout. Easy to grip and hold on to. Changing the weight is so easy. Just a slight turn to add or remove. Made of a very durable plastic and well made.

Love these log free weights I use them for home floor pilates. As most of my at home work out attempts lose motivation from time to time i didn’t want to spend a lot or have something take up a lot of space. These can in great as you can store them all stacked up and they don’t break the bank. The plates are super easy to take on and off, you can do so in the middle of a work out without falling behind. The grip is great and the square shape is nice for stability (plus no roll away) It is a plastic and feels as so but the handle is coated in like a softer plastic maybe? still has a decent grip.
