Does not come with any written or video link instructions It does not PICK locks.
Came on time yes. Made well appears to be but know way of knowing without instructions that have not come with tool. Why it has ruler markings I don't know what for? or why a fire fighter would use or need they have to act fast not waste time using such a tool. Would I purchase again ? only if instructions. Yes useful for internal badly fitted doors only. Hope they address the instruction problems

Great tool
I wasn’t sure what to think when I first saw these advertised however they are extremely easy to use and work great, like everything the might not work on every door but that’s to be expected.Light weight and very sturdy would recommend
