Works Great!
I ordered these batteries for my Sony wf-1000xm4 buds. My head phones were over heating and my battery life was horrible. While replacing the batteries takes patience, It was actually fairly easy. The tools included helped alot! After successfuly replacing the batteries my buds are functioning better than when I bought them!

Tedious, and not for the faint of heart.
I'm going to preface this and saying that I have a long history of opening up electronics and repairing them. As such I have a basic knowledge of how to properly unhook stuff, temperatures needed to unseal glues, etc. This is a relatively straightforward fix, but requires a significant amount of tech know-how not to screw up your earbuds. So if you're new to this, just realized that there could be a high chance that you permanently destroy your earbuds. I would highly recommend you get someone to do it that has experience. Now a few suggestions that I personally have. Make sure you change them both, don't just change the one earbud that is having issues, because it will cause the other one to have the same fast drain issues. Also make sure that you reinitialize your earbuds once you've replaced the batteries so that it can charge properly. Lastly use a toothpick or some other item to spread the adhesive when you go to reseal the headphones, if you try and squeeze it right out of the tube you're going to get it everywhere but if you do as long as you're quick you can clean it up with alcohol. This fixed my earbuds, and I've hadn't had any issues thus far.

Tools included aren't really useful for the WF-1000XM4
The good:- The exact battery required by the Sony WF-1000XM4 earbud is in this package.- The glue included works great on the Sony earbud plastic- plastic and metal case separation tools are included (but I never needed them)- Bonus small screwdrivers (which you do not need for these earbuds)The bad:- the included plastic tweezers are completely useless to separate or insert the two flat ribbon cables in each earbud when you work your way down to the batteriesIf you have some decent metal tweezers, then you have everything you need to do your own battery swap. Make sure you search on YouTube for instructions, because you won't find them in this kit. What you will need and is not included in any battery kit:Heat gun or blow dryer (to soften old glue), and a pair of clamps (Home Depot stuff) to press on the earbud to separate the case, and later to hold it together while the glue sets.I have replaced two sets of batteries in Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds so far, and it really isn't that difficult. It is far cheaper than to just buy new earbuds of this caliber.
