Called a spin brush, does the circular part actuall spin in a full circle or does it simply rotate slightly and return to original position?

The heads oscillate back and forth because circling in the same direction would cause the SpinBrush bristles to lean to one side. A back and forth spinning motion helps prevent this from happening, extends the life of the bristles and provides a better overall cleaning.

The picture shows a crest but description says arm and hammer. What is it really?

The name says Crest on the pic, but they sometimes use pics that are for other products. It irritates me when they do that. What I received was in fact what the description says. It was an Arm & Hammer Spinbrush Pro Clean Medium set of heads.
