I have a big dog that will EAT ANYTHING. That being said, this was a great solution for feeding our cats. Really cute, sturdy, and useful.

No more separating the dog & cat at feeding time. Hugo, my cat sits atop the steps & watches & waits for dinner, while Eadie my dog looks up longingly!Great item

Not too bad to set up. The bit annoying part was looking for the studs to know where the wood behind the drywall was. But nothing too crazy. After they were found it was a piece of cake.Took about 15 minutes to teach my cat how to use it. She’s very food driven so I would put some food on each step and eventually she got it. She hasn’t gotten how to get down yet though so she jumps from the highest step.For the feeding board I put my own thick piece of wood under and spray painted it just for some extra support because it wiggles a bit. The small steps have good support already so I didn’t need to do anything to that.I think it’s a little over priced but I needed a high place to feed my cat so my dog stops eating her food and it looks good so I can live with it.If it doesn’t hurt your pockets it’s a nice little edition for the fur babies

The boards used for the shelves are flimsy. After only a few months of use the shelves have fallen out of the wall, leaving unsightly holes that cannot be covered. My handyman had to put back on 10 different times. I would find another product as this is not sturdy at all.
