Hurt my lower back, which wasn't clearing up with just pain killers, resting and trying not to aggravate it. Two weeks using this and can now do the weeding in the garden without too much pain afterwards. 15 minutes using this afterwards and the pain eases. Not using pain killers at all any more which is a bonus, hate taking tablets.

Returning for refund. Batteries supplied are super low so the machine doesn't stay on. Swapped out for new batteries and still not staying on long enough to use. Instructions not helpful

Very easy to use and has multiple settings to help with pain. The pads last a decent amount of time. Would recommended this product to anyone with endo.

I’ve had two of the “older” Kinetic tens machines in the past, which I loved and used frequently until I eventually had to replace them. I was happy to purchase this newer version, thinking it would be the same, and at least as good as my old one. Wrong! Firstly I was disappointed to see that this version is not rechargeable, I hate the idea of having to keep purchasing batteries. This also means to machine is bulkier, so not so easy to put into a blouse pocket while in use. Secondly, the treatment modes are far less effective than on my previous machine, and I struggled to find a mode that felt close to feeling as comfortable and/or effective. I’m really disappointed!
