NOT NEW. ARRIVED WITH DRIED INK IN IT. THE FACE OF THE PRINT HEAD IS ALL SCRATCHED UP LIKE IT BEEN ROLLING ARROUND IN SOMEONES SPARE PARTS BOX!!! I AM NOT GOING TO USE IT.I don't think I will ever buy another Epson printer they are not very reliable.
