I have been working with seller to restore access to manage the device after a firmware update attempt. They were able to work with me to create instructions that were able to work. They also created a helpful video for a portion. If it wasn't for the initial failed update I would give them 5 stars. I give the support 5 stars though and would trust them to back products they sell.

I bought this as an addition clock display (for UTC time zone), but also just because it has some very cool functions to display different clock 'fonts', multiple photographs, and even a 'Matrix' type waterfall display. Read about it, and check a couple of youtube videos. It syncs to keep accurate time. It's colors/photos/etc are all customizable through a web page, or by using the 4 control buttons on the device itself. If you use it via your network, the device (after setup) just gets an IP address on your home wireless network, then you use your favorite browser to go to that address ... where you will get a full set of control/configuration options

It's a pricey clock but it looks nice. The biggest failure would be that it doesn't keep the time, it tends to reset unexpectedly and doesn't seem to have battery back up.

Beautiful changing bright colors but almost impossible to control to actually tell time

I purchased this while continuing to look for a genuine nixie clock. However it is so nice, that I think I will just keep it instead. Setup was easy, and it has more than enough options.

Very very cheaply made, only has a very small number of options, No good instructions, No apps available to change the few small features that it does have to offer, could definitely be made to better standards and quality...
