A Must Read
I had just finished reading a book and was wondering what to read next when my email alert went off, and my decision was made. Forever Our Boys was on my kindle and waiting to be read and who can resist picking up a Beaumont Series book once it's there. Forever Our Boys is told in alternating points of view from Jenna, Katelyn, and Josie, as they finally get their much deserved peace and quiet away from the children, the boys, and enjoy a girls only holiday.I loved getting to catch up with everybody before the girls go on holiday. We get to see what all of the adults and children are up to now, as well as needing a few tissues to dry the tears. The children are no longer babies, with teenagers aplenty and strong willed 'not so little ones' it was nice to see what they are all up to now, with a few surprises over their choices, as well as seeing how the little ones have grown and taken after.Forever Our Boys is a quick read, but it fits in perfectly between books and means you can dive into the next book, Holding Onto Forever, that much more faster. I LOVED seeing the girls on holiday, and how they are able to open up more with each other, without the distance of home life between them, as well as revealing some parts of their past and their feelings that were never shared.I honestly loved everything about this book (except the cliffhanger) and even though it was a quick read, there is enough of everything within the pages to get us up to date and fill in the gaps. I have forgotten how much I love this world of Beaumont, and I really need to make the time to dive back in for a whole series re-read as soon as I get physical copies of the book for my shelf.Final VerdictForever Our Boys is a must read for fans of Beaumont, but make sure you have Holding Onto Forever ready and waiting to be read...the few days wait between books almost killed me, please don't let that be you.

I was totally shook
I was so excited to see that this book was happening, and even more excited when I found out about the spin off series!! I'm so looking forward to that. This novella is mainly about the 4225 West wives, who go on vacation to The Bahamas to get a week off from mom/wife duties , and also to just catch up with each other, since they don't live in the same town anymore. The first three chapters, each in each of the girl's pov, start off with sexy time with the hubbies. ;) Then they meet in The Bahamas, and spend their time talking and confessing past secrets to each other, and just getting some good old fashion girl time. But also gossiping a lot about their children, worrying about them and wishing they were back home, or attending their games. Now, the last chapter is what killed me. The girl's trip is cut short because there was an accident. God.I mean, I had read that something bad was going to happen in Holding Onto Forever but Jesus Christ I was not expecting for that something to happen in this novella. So yes, I was totally shook and still am.So I guess you could say this novella is a fill in for what comes in the new series, it's a sort of transition book. This book cannot be read as a standalone, you should read all the Beaumont series books. Same goes for Holding Onto Forever, you need to have read the Beaumont series to read that one because all the characters are introduced there, and you need to know their backgrounds and also what happened with their parents.

Loved it!!
I received a complimentary copy of this book through Crazy Cajun Book Addicts for an honest review.I'm so excited to be back in Beaumont I've totally missed these guys!!As always another amazing read from Heidi McLaughlin I was totally sucked in from the very first page this is one of my favourite series ever.Josie, Katelyn and Jenna are off for a girls week away, the guys have decided that they need to be spoilt so are sending them to paradise, for a week of relaxation and more importantly girl time. As they spend the week reminiscing the guys and kids are never far from their thoughts.A short but fab read with an ending that will take us into the Next Generation, I'm so excited!!!

I do love Heidi McLaughlin and her books
4.5* read.I do love Heidi McLaughlin and her books. This is a follow up novella length book from the ladies of Beaumont who go on a vaction to both catch up with each other and have a break from wife/mum duties. It isn't a standalone and the other books need to be read first otherwise you will be completly lost (see below for the correct order to read them in). It is a very short read but it gives you that little bit more, whilst also leaving you needing even more. Its a great catchup with old characters and also a great setup for the books about their kids too. I can't wait for more.

Loved this!!
It is so great to hear more from the Ladies of Beaumont, Josie, Katelyn and Jenna. When these three go away for the weekend for a much needed break and catch-up, there is plenty of humour and emotion. This is a great setup for the following books to come about their children.Heidi has done a truly amazing job in writing this storyline, and I was hooked, intrigued and entertained throughout. Brilliant work Heidi!I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book!
