I am extremely happy with my bands. The tension is great. It’s very stable no odor and fits me well. My weight is 270 and I had no problem issues bring it up to my knees. Tight but movable. It also have a training routine card inside. My physical therapist use a band on me, so I bought one to do at home.

I really like these resistance bands! They’re durable, have a good range of resistance levels, and work great for everything from leg and glute exercises to arms and stretching. This is genuinely one of the best products I ever got from Amazon. These are comfortable (no pinching), don’t slip, and well made. I thought they were all the same resistance, but they actually are a set where each one works you harder. Easily throw them into the bag it comes with and take to the gym. I bought these for clamshell exercises I have been doing because I have very weak glute/hip muscles, from being a gamer. So if you work at the computer ALOT or just sit a lot. Get these and do some clamshells, you’ll thank me when your young 🍑 and when your old 👵 lol

I like these! They DON'T roll up and pinch like the rubberized ones do. They're wide enough and quite comfortable to use. The tension is good too. They also come with an instruction card that shows excersizes that you can do using the bands. A mesh carrying bag is also included. They seem to be well made. Overall, I'm quite happy with them. It seems to be good value for the price.
