Very good item, it does soften the skin

There are always trends going around and one of the latest is snail mucin - it has been around for a while now in other places in the world, but I have never seen it in the UK so I thought I thought I would try it.The cream comes in a basic plastic pot with a protective layer covering the cream and a screw on lid which allows it to keep it sealed and fresh.I find that the cream is quite slimy, almost gloopy to pick up, but once it is on your face, it turns almost water based and soaks in well. At first I felt a cooling sensation that lasted a few seconds, but it soon passed. There was no irritation or stinging and my face felt softer and moisturised. I've had it for a few weeks now and it does help to make your skin feel a bit softer and have more a glow, although nothing too noticable. It is a nice effect and I am happy with it.

I have been wanting some snail cream for the longest time!This is no disappointment to me at all.This is brilliant stuff!I can really feel and see a difference in my skin for using this snail cream, my skin looks glowy/dewy, more healthy with consistent use... I feel way more confident.I have no irritation from using this at all either, big bonus, I don't break out, I have sensitive skin too!It makes such a difference moisturising my skin.Highly recommend.

Sarcasm in the title aside, this cream really does feel nice, it’s quite thin, a little gooey, certainly not a thick creamy texture. It sinks in well, is not greasy or sticky and almost seems to have a cooling effect. Perhaps water eveporation?I can’t discern any fragrance, so I’m going with fragrance free.The tub is lightweight plastic, which is less luxe, but it’s 100g. 50ml is usually your whack for facial skincare, so it’s double what you ‘usually’ get.A few years ago, snail mucin did the rounds in terms of skincare trends, especially in Japanese and Korean Skincare. I never got around to trying it, so am happy to now, especially since I’ve aged since then and am glad to have all the help I can get.The main ingredient is the mucin but I’m disppointed to see mineral oil on the ingredients list. I am giving it a thorough try, but I like to try and avoid mineral oils on my face.After a few days of using this morning and night I can say that so far I’ve no negative effects, but if I do get breakouts, I’ll be stopping use and will amend this.

Supplied in a small plain white box with no product logo or description other than a made in china.The jar contains 100g of the snail product which has no particular smell to it and the jar has very simple product details with tiny instructions so quite difficult to read.The cream itself is a thin milky substance with no noticeable odour.The viscosity of the cream certainly make you think of snail slime with its unusual elasticity and viscosity.It goes on the skin very nicely and feels smooth in texture and is not slimy like I thought it might be, which is nice.Time will tell if it lives up to its promises. It is however one of the cheapest collagen products I have tried so good value for money and I would recommend.

Much more firmer skin on the face when using this, the consistency is easy to blend in and absorption is fine. Feels weird since its very thick but after my skin is so moisturised.

I find this snail mucin cream to be a good natural Korean remedy for improving my skin and at a very reasonable price. It nourishes my skin without feeling oily, which is a big plus, and seems to have already reduced some of my blemishes and redness in a few days. It is fresh and sinks into the skin rapidly.Overall, I would recommend trying it if it suits your skin as I found it easy to incorporate into my skincare routine and has good value for money
