No, it has two separate parts. It is not TTO.

What's it actually made of? Metal or plastic.

The black is a high quality plastic around a metal frame. The head is all plastic. I've had mine for over a year and going strong.

Can I use Aveeno Therapeutic shaving gel with this razor?

what is the length of the handle?

I don't know as I have used the last one and am using a cheapo. They are the best I have found but they seem hard to get.
