Great robust heel lifts which you build to the height required. Only been wearing for a few days but no movement or slippage in the shoe and they feel comfortable

Very easy to use and modify. I’ve used it in a walking boot and was surprised that the leading edge, using three of the four layers under the insole, was really uncomfortable after 4 miles and had to be taken out. I don’t think this would be a problem if used in a fashion shoe for mainly standing. I cut one of the layers in half to make a canted wedge and that worked well under the insole. I will try a single full layer and hope it will work. Neither version moved and I hadn’t used the adhesive strips - a definite plus.

After my Achilles tendon ruptured, I needed insoles to raise my heels. I found these insoles easy to put in my shoes (sneakers and boots) and they are comfortable.

Diese Fersenkeile sind sehr bequem, gut verarbeitet und angenehm zu tragen. Hochwertige Materialien. Die Höhe lässt sich sehr leicht individuell anpassen und auch wieder verändern. Die einzelnen Keile haften sehr gut aneinander, den zusätzlich angebrachten Klebestreifen auf jedem Keil braucht man nicht wirklich und habe ich auch nicht verwendet, um die Höhe einfacher regulieren zu können. Der Fersenkeil fällt kaum auf im Schuh, sieht wie eine normale Einlegesohle aus. Ich bin begeistert und würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.

What a great concept. I have plantar fasciitis which is very painful I get relief using these wedges. They can be adjusted as needed as they are several pieces glued together that can be separated.. I use a low wedge for my slides. It is inconspicuous, yet helps with comfort. I use a higher wedge (multiple pieces) in shoes I will be wearing all day. They are very versatile. They are of good quality, and fit well. Even in my slides that go to the beach and get wet, they stay stuck in place. I wash them with a hose and they stay intact.
