I did have a issue with shipping but it was not the sellers fault. UPS lost my package. But now that I have it and it’s installed, it is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect color match. 3rd brake light works awesome. Looks great. Would definitely recommend

Nice fit, nice paint work, much better than the stock gun metallic spoiler on my maxima platinum. The kh3 adds a nice contrast If you own an 8th gen maxima, I would recommend getting a 14 to 16 inch philips head screwdriver. If you pop out the reverse bulbs, a long screwdriver can give you access to the outer holes without having to drill a second hole on the inner of the decklid. Tape off the holes from the underside and the around the top and spray some primer or even some auto spray paint to help prevent any rusting after drilling into metal. I used some dumdum around the washers to help prevent any water leaks as well. If there are any extra holes from a stock spoiler or dealer add on spoiler, and you don't want to weld or seal the hole with fiberglass and bondo, I would recommend sticking a well fitting push clip in after putting a high quality gasket maker or silicone around it. It creates a great seal.

Good looking spoiler, as good as the factory spoiler. I ordered the black one and color was perfect. (Maybe could use an extra coat of paint) Installation directions in the box seemed to be for some other type of car and not for my Maxima. Had it professionally installed and it looks awesome.

Spoiler was great, installed on my 2018 Nissan Maxima. Paint was on point. Nice and glossy Only thing is you need to have lots of patience & recommend a friend to help install. Everything needs to be assembled before installing. Other than that great for the price.

2016 - 2018 Nissan Maxima. The fit is excellent, following perfectly the contours of the trunk when fitted approx 8-10mm from rear edge of the trunk. The spoiler is very light (hollow plastic) so it does not weigh down the trunk when you pop open with the key. Now the improvements needed : The 10mm long mounting bolt has to be screwed in from inside the trunk lid (between trunk ribs) -a very knuckle skinning exercise. The bolting point should be moved approx 40mm further from the edge of the trunk to bring it to a more practical bolt point not so far into the trunk rib extremities. The mounting bolt should be a stud bolt with a fixed nut in the middle to enable you to screw in the bolt into the spoiler first then have the bolt from the spoiler sticking into the trunk to screw in a nut from inside the trunk. That would be easier. The wire for the light connection is easiest to connect into the wire feeding the third brake light in the rear windshield. There are 4 wires going to the 3rd brake light - green, blue, tan, black. I used the blue and the black (-ve ground) after testing both these wires. Use a spot of heavy grease to protect the drilled holes from rusting. All of the above should have been in the very poorly printed instructions. Tip : If you are right handed the right spoiler bolt (when facing forward of car) can be screwed in from standing outside of the trunk. The left bolt should be screwed in with your right hand while sitting or stooping inside of the trunk and pressing on the spoiler with your left hand!- because of the difficult angle needed to move your fingers when it is in the far left extreme of the trunk. Took me 2 hours of trying and drilling trunk rib (and all the 4 letter words) in all different positions before getting this in 5 mins (drilling rib was eventually not used) . A small 10mm ring or open spanner is used to tighten. If you are not mechanically inclined, don't attempt this project. Pay a professional installer. The spoiler looks great!

Best money spent on my car! Really changes the look for the better. Have gotten MANY compliments on the improved look! Hated to drill holes in the deck lid and really hated to wallow out large holes inside the deck lid but it is sooo worth the trouble!

This spoiler is what you want it to be, matches the color, designed for the year, make and model. The rest of the equation is...how does it get installed? We watched some YouTube videos and did it ourselves. One of the videos shows you how to install the tape/guides for drilling the holes, and suggests taking a stiff drink before drilling holes in your trunk! Truth is, as long as you measure correctly, and you place the spoiler where you want it, the guides really make it easy to do correctly. Just be patient, and enjoy your spoiler!
