Very poor product and even poorer services
Very very poor performance The flap which opens for suction got detached after 2-3 months only. Then nobody answered our complaints and finally when the engineer came, he got lost with it for days without any response or information Now the same flap which was repaired after so long has got stuck and the engineer who came after many complaints has told that motor is broken Now after 15 days none has come to repair it

Good product ductless chimney
After one month of usage, the Chimney is working in good condition. This was installed with ductless filter which is an additional benefit of not drilling in kitchen premises.

Worst product theere was sound in FAN .Technician visit they told fan is cut order new one cost 2k . Not covering in warranty .Don't buy KAFF product.
