Excellent Product and Incredible Service!
I am very satisfied with this Y&H 10KW 48V inverter. It runs stably, provides a pure sine wave, is easy to connect, has a clear menu, and the build quality is excellent. But the most important thing is the sellerโs service. I had a non-standard question about parallel connection and compatibility with my system, and no one else could help me, not even forums or other sellers. I contacted this seller, and they responded very quickly, thoroughly, and to the point, helping me understand and set everything up correctly. Now my system runs reliably, and I am saving on electricity every day. Special thanks for their patience and willingness to help even after the purchase. It is rare to find such an honest and attentive seller. I highly recommend this inverter and this seller to anyone looking for a quality product with reliable service.

Does not preform as stated.
Pros: -this inverter worked without batteries -off grid functions Cons: -could not get this inverter to integrate with the "Main" or grid -several of the options choices in the set up menu did not exist IE: option #1 should have three options UTI, grid first, SBU inverter first using battery, SOL, panel first) the inverter only had UTI as an option. -installation/user manual is not helpful. Doesn't even mention how to set up for use without batteries. -When off "main" or grid, with batteries, the inverter only produces 208V, not 240 Volts. And nothing would change it to 240V (no options in the menu) needed for most appliances, and EV chargers. These issues seem to be a software problem. Absolutely no info on customer/installer support.

its ok
could be a bit easier .. plus a Bluetooth module and an app would be awesome ... i'm not entirely sure it does SUB mode right but it may just still be voltage settings ... a bit small on the connectors to hook the wires up ..

Can do "on-grid" or "Grid-tied" function
I've had solar panels on my house for several years but they only feed a "grid-tied" inverter. With that, if the grid goes down, I have nothing (despite the panels on my roof that many assume can still power things). So I'd been looking for something that can allow me to charge batteries & have some power even if the grid goes down, while yet still feeding most power back to the grid if I'm not using it. This was said to do all of that, so I got one (the 10,000 watt unit). At first I went thru the manual and found setting function 34 saying "On-grid" would send extra power not used back to the grid, so turned it on, but got no power feed. Then I noted setting function 67 said "Power sales rate" that didn't sound important, but I realized maybe that was controlling how much power gets sent to the grid. It was set to 0 to start with, so I raised it to 5KW and then got power going to the grid again. It can send the full 10KW back (if you have that input from solar), so set it as high as you want. So it can do that function, but needs both of those settings turned "on" for it to work. A few days later I decided to turn on the "Battery discharge" and "Battery recharge" timer functions (which are for running things off batteries to avoid high power rates at certain times). However with my keeping it "On-grid" (which I still want for sending extra power not used to the grid) as soon as the "Battery discharge" time came I quickly saw it drained my batteries feeding everything to the grid at the 5KW "Power sales" rate. That was a surprise to me and while maybe I see what was happening, I doubt most would ever want to do that (feed their battery power to the grid). Not sure why that's even made possible in the programming to some degree for home-owners, but it is (and with a lot of instructions on having multiple units running together, maybe these are more for commercial use than aimed for home-owners). I'm trying to come up with a solution to this where I'm debating putting a timer switch on the incoming power wires so when I want to run off the batteries, maybe I just switch off the AC input making the inverter assume a power failure and let it kick in the batteries that way (as well as that blocking the grid-feed so I can leave that on and not need to change settings a couple times a day). Needing to add an external timer may seem weird (when it has timer functions built-in just for such), but that's the easiest way I can find to have things automatic and not need to be resetting things constantly. This is an ongoing lesson to figure things out and come up with a working system, so I'll be updating as I go. Hope the specific settings will help you get thru the poor manual (that doesn't explain each function very well and what has effects on other functions). Another reviewer talks of "Setting 1 should have 3 options, UTI, SBU and another, but it only shows UTI for me" where if I have the "on-grid" activated, it must be kept in UTI (so it automatically removes those other options until I turn off the grid). The manual doesn't fully cover which things get disabled by others like that, so again there is a lot of mysteries to solve. Also FYI, I got a second inverter that shows the same model (for family), but was from someone other than a dealer with a for sure new unit. It seems to work as an "Off-grid" unit, but despite going thru the menu trying to reset everything to default settings it won't show the "On-grid" option. I'll keep it where I can normally use my original "Grid-tied" unit and have this for emergency "off-grid" use (where between the two I'm covered), but that shows there may be some units out there being sold as "Off-grid" only despite the same model (or maybe the previous owners damaged something on this unit). Likewise I see the "MrPow" brand, "EASun" brand, and "Powland" brand units look just like this with the screen and wire connections exactly the same, yet many of them are labeled "Off-grid only", so look for details on what you're getting.
