What are the ingredients in this product ?

The label says petrolatum,purified water,USP,mineral oil,lanolin, alcohol,stearyl alcohol,methyl gluceth-20,sodium laurel sulfate,ethylparaben,methylparaben,dmdm,hydantoin. Hope this is helpful!

Does it stain clothing? I can see it on my shirt after therapy. Will it wash out?

I don't know if it stains but, anytime you get an 'oil' stain (like olive oil, pizza oil, salad dressing - perhaps free-up, just put talcum powder or the new way powder is made...cornstarch powder on the stain, kinda rub it in very briefly a second or two, leave it for 24 hours, shake the garment out, spray it with laundry stain - and boom, after laundering it, the stain should be out! My mother told me that 50 years ago and they didn't even have laundry spray back then, so we are even better now. : )

Does this product stain sheets?

I got dark color(s) sheets so the product doesn't show up on it. Might want to stay clear of resting with it.
