Loved this book

This book looks to be very useful for fixing my Predecta Tv. It starts by giving simple tests to see if the set is worth fixing ( ie the picture tube filament and the flyback transformer have continuity). Next it gives a wide range of picture issues with photos and then tells you what is wrong and how to fix them. This type of specific information is invaluable for repairing this difficult set and gives me confidence to tackle fixing it. No information is given for refinishing the set. Also the website cited by the book is dead so the repair discount coupon in the book is useless. But given the usefulness of this obscure information I give this book 5 stars to encourage future books like this. Also interestingly this book was printed 2 days before I received it so it appears to be an on demand published book.
