Does this come with actual floss?

No floss doesn't come with these, each pack come with 10 threaders only, you have to purchase the floss separately.

Where are these made?

They are made in the USA. They are really easy to use because they are curved and easy to grab a hold of to pull the floss under my bridge.

Recent buyers - are these still blue as one recent review said color changed to ?

The last ones I received were blue and have never seen another Color and as long as they work the same, why would the color matter?

What is the threader made of?

It's a hard plastic (of sorts). I've used these for a dozen years, and never had one break. They are so strong, that you can use one, more than once. I just run it under hot/soapy water. If you are interested in knowing 'exactly' what the threader is made of, you should call their 1-800~#, which is 1-800-528-3384.

I find this design is the best of this type of bridge cleaner.

Just what I needed. The short sturdy and curled end allows for better threading especially the lower back bridge. I can get the job done in shorter times and with less effort. The description on each pack read " packs contain 50 threaders. Ummm I beg to differ. I received 9 packs with a lot of 5 per envelope and each were unsealed with 5 threaders each pack. So much for sanitary or truth. The price was okay so I can sanitize them myself. No sure if I will purchase from this seller again...
