Great product!
Used on my metal roof in Florida. Black stains from mold and trees, after a couple months it looks great. Not fast acting, but works great!

Worked Great
This has worked extremely well for me. I have a tile roof in Florida and it is always getting mold on it. I used to pressure clean the roof and it would look good but the mold would come back in a few months. I used this about 6 months ago, it looked good after the first day, but not great. However, like it says, it just kept getting better and for the past few months it looks absolutely great. Much easier than pressure cleaning.

It Accually Works!
If you read the instructions and are patient enough to see the results, you should be pleased with this product. I have treated our driveway and sidewalk ONCE each of the last three years and my driveway is always the whitest in the neighborhood. It will not work overnight and you will have stains from leaves, pine needles, etc. from time to time, but they will disappear. Great product.
