Excellent Ear Plugs
There are a lot of noise reducing ear plugs on the market and I've tried a few but they don't fit too well and work their way out in a short period of time. EarPeace are getting good reviews so I thought I'd try them out. Yes they are more expensive than others but well worth the investment. These come with 2 sizes of silicon plug so you can find the nest fit for you but they don't just give you a pair of each, they give you 3 of each in case you loose one. In addition to that you get 3 noise reduction filters so you can choose how much noise you want to block. I went for the highest in the medium plug size giving around 24db reduction and they are fantastic, giving a massive reduction in high speed wind noise but still allowing me to hear the bike engine (just about) and other important noises such as sirens and horns. They are comfortable and most important don't fall out or work themselves loose. They have a handy aluminium case which fits your 2 main buds in one end and there's a smaller compartment at the bottom end for your spare. Brilliant!

Excellent for daily motorbike commute
My husband bought these to use on his motor bike. He is very fussy with headphones as they need to cancel out road and bike noise, but not his intercoms. He found these very effective and well balanced for use on his bike. However the set only came with one set of plugs not two as advertised. The one set of plugs were too large. On contacting amazon he was informed they could offer a refund but could not directly contact the seller. Husband sent the ear plugs back and contacted the manufacturer directly who advised that the advertisement was for new stock and featured two sets of plugs, but the item sent out was old stock with only one. They recommended reordering directly or with amazon as they felt this would be a one off. Amazon offered next day delivery so we went with them. The second set were the same as the first and were also sent back. The customer service with both amazon and the manufacturer was great, both resolving to solve the issue or offer a refund. The manufacturer was very apologetic and have offered to send out a new set free of charge. They have advised they will also discuss stock with amazon. The plugs themselves are excellent, and work well on a 2 hour daily motorbike commute. My husband feels they are well worth the money and effort to get the right size. Would recomened the ear plugs.

Really comfortable and effective
I was considering spending a lot of money upgrading my motorcycle helmet to an allegedly quieter model, when a friend suggested trying these earplugs. Having had negative experiences with disposable foam earplugs in the past, I was a bit sceptical. But having seen a review of them in a magazine, I speculated £20 on a set. What a difference they have made to my riding pleasure. The silicone construction means they are really comfortable, once you have mastered the knack of inserting them according to the manufacturer's instructions. The trick I found was not to put them in too tightly, and after a few uses I am able to just insert them as far as necessary without causing any sensation of pressure. They come with three interchangeable filters of increasing noise reduction capacity. For my use I prefer the least powerful set, but each person of course can make his or her own choice. With a spare plug provided and a handy key ring carrying case, they are great value. Certainly worth a try if, like me, you are tempted to spend a lot of money on a helmet to possibly less effect.

They do work but.......
These work very well but there has been a fur times now where I e not been able to get them out of my ear due to the very small tag on them.

Genuinely impressed so far
I wasn’t sure what to expect with these. They fit well once I changed to the larger ear piece. I like the container they come in solid aluminium tube with a spare ear piece. Fitting is better when you follow the instructions rather than push them straight in. I like that I can still hear the engine, surrounding sounds and my Cardo while riding at normal speed. Cuts out the wind and road noise. As you’d expect there is some loss of sound. I have a long trip coming up so I will see if I still love them then.

Nice, but suitable for biking
At first glance these are nicely designed ear plugs. They come in a snazzy cylindrical metal case, are made of a soft rubber that fits easily in the ear, and come with three different inserts with various levels of ear protection. In practice, however, they're close to useless for motorcycle or scooter riding use. Even the highest protection inserts don't block nearly enough sound, wind and engine noise is still clearly audible. I also found the ease of insertion comes with the drawback that they don't sit very securely in the ear, putting on a helmet can often partially dislodge the plugs. In the end I chose not to send these back as they're still useful and convenient for short trips at low speeds, such as nipping to the shops, where the ease of fitting trumps their poor performance. But, honestly, skip these and spend the money on a big pile of disposable foam plugs. They'll work much better.

I had tried various other ear plugs years ago but gave up on them. The pinch/roll ones were a pain in the ass, never seemed to seat right and were not very comfortable. Other cone-shaped ones had a little handle/posts used for insertion, that would then ram into my ear when the helmet went on. Other types just wouldn't stay in, or blocked almost all sound. These are easy to put in and take out, aren't affected by helmet donning/doffing, are extremely comfortable, and block what noise should be blocked while still allowing me to hear the engine, other vehicles, and people talking. Basically, they cut out the clamour. I liked them so much that I ordered a second set after a few weeks of using them, to use with my lawn tractor. The price had gone up by $7, but to my surprise, the second package had a sticker on it that said they now include two sizes in the package. There were two complete sets of 3 earplugs, one of them being a smaller size, which fit my ears even better than the the original ones. I swear, I wouldn't even know I had them in if it weren't for the noise reduction (I use the highest reducing filter, black) . I've had them in for 4 or five hours a day, four days straight, with no ear pain/irritation during use or after. I pop them out and it's as if I hadn't even been riding. My ONLY gripe is that I wish they were red. I've dropped them several times on gravel and in grass and they are very difficult to see. I almost couldn't find them. They match grey gravel perfectly. I know they do make red ones because I saw them on their website, but I can't find them anywhere. It'd be smart to just make 'em all red.

Too difficult to remove tiny slippery pull tag hard to use so they get stuck in the ear. I had a poor fit with all 3 sizes.

I ride every day. I started wearing ear plugs in 2019 after reading that wind noise-- even with a full-face helmet-- causes long-term high-frequency hearing loss. (My brother is an otolaryngologist [ENT] and he says that the hearing loss would be across all frequencies.) I quickly became accustomed to wearing ear plugs and found that I am far less fatigued on long touring rides! I never realized just how tiring it is to hear all that wind noise. I've tried a couple of different styles but have settled on the Earpeace design, and have purchased them five times now, and have also bought some extras to give to friends. They are comfortable and stay in place (I sometimes forget that I'm wearing them) and are not affected by my helmet. I can still hear everything around me including cars and emergency vehicles, and also my music through my helmet speakers. I can hear callers, too, when I receive calls through my phone Bluetooth. But the wind noise, and my engine noise, are greatly attenuated...it makes riding SO much more comfortable! I like the design of the holder and clip it to my key ring. I love the emergency backup earplug in its own special compartment! However, over time the metal holder can scratch the finish of the key receptacle on my bike, so I used some leftover adhesive faux leather (from a seat repair) to cover the holder: now non-scratch and looks cool! Overall, an excellent product which has mitigated against hearing loss AND improved my riding pleasure. I strongly recommend it.
