Its a cheese slicer I was able to must up a 10 pound brick of swiss cheese in 2 minutes. just had to cut it down the middle to make the size better

Very easy to keep clean
I really like how this cutter is completely metal and can be easily washed after use. It does work pretty well but prefer to see a wire vs a blade so it can cut through without leaving a small scrap strip of cheese every slice. It is certainly rugged and can cut all types of cheese if you hold it correctly to the blade. The blade does have a little resistance so that needs some improvement.

Terrible cheese slicer
Worse cheese slicer I’ve ever had. Won’t slice it thin. Slices crooked. Blade gets stuck underneath.

Makes slicing easy. Got it because I liked how it looked. That's why I tried it. Cleans really easy.

Good for firmer cheese
Works well with firmer cheeses (swiss, sharp cheddar) but shreds softer cheese (mild cheddar)). I still use a knife for the mild cheddar.
