I find this difficult to use, primarily because of the extremely terrible taste. You're supposed to keep this in your mouth, and sort of swish/pull it around. However, the viscosity and taste just keep making me gag, every single time. I cannot avoid gagging with this, my gag reflex just keeps getting triggered no matter what I do. The taste unfortunately for me (and my mother in law!) is just that bad. I did manage to use it for a few minutes, but havent noticed any effect....probably because I can't keep it in long enough for it to be effective.
