Violet Linen Diamond Damask Design Fringes Oblong/Rectangle Tablecloth, 54" x 72", Beige

There was an incredible amount of confusion on the Amazon website. It showed shipping charges of 144.11 for all sizes except two. I called customer service. Since there are apparently no more service reps in this country, I got one in Costa Rica, and one in the Phillipines. Both very cordial and nice, but void of any useful information. They rambled on about the shipping charges are correct but probably coming from some distant place, which was totally incorrect. I put one of these in my cart, and there was the 144.11 shipping charge. One size smaller and the shipping charge was like 11.00. Now they are corrected. I did order one with the smaller charge. There was a lot of confusion on the color as well. I wanted Gold, the picture showed gold, and the color option didn't work. I got Beige, It turned out to work ok as beige.Last, the tablecloth was beautiful, but near impossible to get the wrinkles and shipping fold out. I have a professional steamer and it didn't work. I tried washing it and putting it on the table damp, then iron. It sort of worked, It looks pretty good after a lot of pressing with a steam iron. Next time I'll be careful with the fabric I choose. For Amazon, be careful. You are no longer a price leader, and your acclaimed customer service is not as good as before. It's either the company changed their method of doing business as a customer oriented company, or they went down the wrong path seeking to save money on service reps.

The table cloth came in a bag covered with what looked like fried sauce of some king. The sauce seeped through the zipper of the bag onto the cloth leaving 8stain spots on the cloth. I wonder if you have any returning customers because I am certainly not buying from you ever again. Shame!

Fits table well - dimensions as indicated. Fabric snags a bit, but is very pretty, looked nice on holiday table. Will use again.

wasn't expecting much, but i was pleasantly surprised. the table cloth looks beautiful! not sure if it's intended to be reversible, but it is-flip it over if you want more of a gold color. so far the quality has held up.
