IM IN LOVE…I ordered the 5xl/6xl for my meniscus tear! I’m a plus model lol and when I tell you that it not only stays in place but the support is under estimated! Most knee victims look for a brace that stays in place, I can honestly say that this has to be the best money I’ve paid for a knee brace. The only issue is the sizing when I first got the brace it fit great, almost perfectly…but because I wear it all the time, it has became loose and the fabric is bunched up terribly. I’m about to order a size down and even if it’s tight at first, I’m glad to know that it’ll loosen up after wearing it, and fits perfectly!

It was a little snug on one leg and doesn't fit the other. It does offer support and is comfortable just needed to be a little bigger

I am 5'1 and 250 lbs so my thighs are thick! This brace wrapped around just above my knee and I was able to adjust it comfortably. As a teacher, I stand and pace most of the day and it didn't slip once! I wore it under my pants so maybe that helped keep it in place but if my other knee goes out, I will definitely buy a second one.

Works as noted in overall title. My Dr issued hinged neoprene brace stretches out with cheap velcro that wears out within a month or less. It didn’t have any additional belt loops, causing it to fall down easily, especially over pants.This one seems to provide better support & stays up much better due to 3rd middle velcro strap & silicone strip on inside of brace. But it would stay up better if had more velcro belt loops too to help velcro straps stay in place, at least one on each side of thigh/calf.However the lower side of brace could have less material since thighs are usually bigger than calves (it’s about 1inch of material too long around my calf), even if overweight, which this brace accommodates. Maybe Mfr also add elastic on lower half, or stitch the lower section at an angle? The thigh strap is longer as expected. The thigh section could also be cut higher & curved as you can see on picture where the blue material border is below my K tape. I circled on 2nd picture where lower section of calf is buckling.

I paid very special attention to the sizing chart and how to measure. I measured twice and both times got 23" which is well within the 3x/4x range on the chart. I bought the 3x/4x as the chart states.When the brace arrived it was too big. Not by a little bit but a lot too big. I measured myself again and checked the chart and still, this was the size that was supposed to fit. I tried to wear the brace but it kept slipping down. I would stop and cinch up the velcro but there was just no way to get it to fit without the hold become too far from the knee to work. I did not feel it was right to return something i wore so I am out the money. The best I can do is warm people the chart is not correct.I was extremely disappointed as it is very hard to find knee braces for larger people like myself.

Although I measured carefully as directed the brace was too big and therefore ineffective

i was worried about the mixed reviews on this brace, but after consulting the size chart and customer reviews, i ordered a size down. this was perfect. i have arthritis and my knee has been terrible this week, but this got me through 8 hours of standing, bending, and walking like a breeze. it’s so incredibly hard to find a knee brace that will fit me, but this one has three adjustable straps that help customize the fit. it stayed up all through work and i only had to slightly adjust one strap the entire time. it works like a charm, but definitely get a size down from what your measurements are.

Fits great and is easy to put on. I can wear it snug for support as I walk or I can loosen it to make comfortable while driving or sitting

Was not what we expected even physiotherapist was shocked it did not fit any part of my knee properly worse thing I have bought ever. Not even worth the money I paid. Very disappointed.
