I, like many of the other reviewers here, was skeptical to purchase Vitex. I do not often write reviews but I hope that this may help others as well. I have been on the pill birth control for 11 years. I was tired of putting synthetic hormones into my body so I went off of them in August. Prior to going on thr pill, my periods were very irregular and I have gone up to 6 months without having a period, despite not being pregnant. When I came off of the pill, I got one real period and then did not get my period again for over a month. I began taking this Vitex, once per day in the morning and on the second week, I had my period. My purpose of taking this vitamin is not to get pregnant, rather to regulate my cycle. The other thing I noticed as that a week after starting the Vitex, I had sore brests which lasted for about 5-6 days until the day I got my period. I understand this might not work for everyone but so far, it has helped me get my period after over a month of not having one.

So first of all, I would like to say that I have had issues with my period since I first got it. I haven’t been to the doctor about it or anything so I’m unaware if I have any underlying issues. I’ve been struggling to keep it regular for years now.I have not had my period in a little over a year now. I became worried and purchased REGULATE by EU Natural. I went through a whole bottle and did not notice any difference besides just feeling more hormonal lol.I waited about a month and decided to try VITEX as a last resort. I received it on Nov. 13th and started taking it immediately. After 3 days of taking it, I noticed some cramping and increased irritability (just regular pms symptoms for me) Today, after only 6 days of taking it, I have finally started my period (Nov. 19)If you are struggling with an irregular period PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this! There are no side effects and has worked on even the most stubborn of cycles!Thank you so much EU Natural for making this product for people like me! I will continue to purchase and use this product!

This really help balanced my hormones after trying my first bottle. I am on reorder now.

I don't write reviews unless I have given a product enough time to do what it is supposed to do, and supplements is a huge one that needs TIME. I have been taking Vitex daily for four months and I have most definitely seen results. I have HORRIBLE PMS symptoms and to be quite honest my hormones have been out of control since I had my second child over five years ago. This supplement has helped me to be more calm, less like the Hulk. It has lessened the severity of my PMS symptoms - awful cramps, headaches, mood swings, weird appetite changes. I think it has helped my hormonal acne as well because I started breaking out during PMS when I started taking this supplement and I no longer do very much after the four months, but it could be that I increased my benzoyl peroxide treatment around the same time. But often those types of face medicines aren't able to combat hormonal acne very well. I would recommend this supplement to anyone dealing with out of control hormones and give it time to work, I hadn't even realized how much it had been helping me until this last round of my cycle. I guess I do have too much bad estrogen happening, because this really has made a difference in my life.

I bought this because I had a fibroid and to help balance hormones. Dr Axe had Vitex as a recommendation to help shrink fibroids. I don’t go in to have my fibroid tested cause it hasn’t caused me any issues except for a constant slightly bigger belly so I’m not sure if it’s working so far for that or not (he recommended 6 months and I’m only at 1-1/2) so as far as that goes I’ll have to get back with you. It has, however I think, helped with the hormonal imbalance issues I do have (low progesterone). The symptoms I had been showing for that are seemingly gone and overall I’ve been better so there’s that. I would say this is worth a try for anyone although (so far) would recommend trying it longer than even a month to see any significant changes. A few days of trying it or even just a month is probably not going to do much, it’s gonna take longer than that so hang in there.

I took this a couple years ago and it worked wonders. This time around I’m not sure because I also was transitioning off of Birth Control. I’ll finish the bottle and hopefully have some positive changes in the next cycle

I started taking this supplement Sunday. After a few hours of my first dose, I felt NORMAL. The heavy bleeding has stopped over the past 3 days. I don't feel miserable, no pain in my back, thighs and absolutely no cramping. I take this supplement with iron and flax seed oil. I feel like a teen again. Definitely recommend.

I thought they were working for my daughter and ordered again however by the time I received them she started bleeding even more and now I have an unopened bottle not returnable.
