Cannot connect to an Apple account
I am extremely upset that Amazon is selling this item. I purchased this ipod touch so that I would have an additional device on which to store music from my Apple Library. This ipod cannot connect to my Apple account because the software cannot be updated. I initiated a return only to learn that I have to return this item to an Amazon Go location. I reside in Flushing, Queens and the closest Amazon Go locations are all located in Manhattan. I find it highly questionable that they are making it so difficult for me to return this particular item when I don’t believe that they should be selling it in the first place!

Less than one if it was possible
Bought 3 refurbished ipods for my kids for Christmas, the other seller didn't have a pink one so we bought this one, and of course this is the one that is garbage wont charge at all can't even turn it on to set it up tried many other charges and charging blocks nothing the other 2 work just fine, don't waste your time and money on this return process is terrible and the ipod is useless!

Bought for Christmas present so glad we tried to set it up for her before she opened even had to call support and they said it was too old it didn’t support the apps anymore. Not worth the one star I had to give it
