This is a very large couch which I really like. 6 large boxes were delivered with the couch inside. Each box had a piece of wood holding the upper portion of the couch in the lower portion of the couch. To get the piece of wood out it took 10 very hard swings of a hammer to get the wood out to release the upper portion of the sofa. It took a total of 4 hours for me and my sons to get the couch out of boxes and put together and trash thrown out. A very big job. When I initially sat/plopped on the couch I felt the wood and it was jarring so I bought a gel mattress pad and put it under each cushion and now it’s super cozy. Also, I used a hammer to hammer the upper cushion metal pieces to fit into the lower potion of the sofa because during shipping the alignment shifted and would not fit. I steamed all the cushion covers so the couch looks nice otherwise it’s very wrinkled. I do have the designer cloud couch at my home and bought this similar couch for my second home. I will say having both the designer couch is way more comfortable. However, with the savings this one is still nice. The fabric high quality. The filling is noisy I’m not sure what it’s filled with but it is not gel or down. I do not hate this couch I like it but I do not love it either. If returning a gigantic couch was easier I may have returned it. I have had this couch for a couple months now. For my 2nd home it works just fine. So if you’re not good with a hammer or are disabled this couch is not the one for you. If you have plenty of help and a hammer it may be for you.

The media could not be loaded. I love this couch but mine is defected for one piece so I was not able to finish putting it together. The backrest does not fit properly in the predrilled holes like all of the other pieces. Also, one of the legs was stripped prior to me twisting it and it will not stay in the hole.

I did quite a ton of research to purchase a couch for our new apt and this did not disappoint. Came in 6 boxes and it was pretty easy to assemble. Came with all the right pieces. This couch is everything I hoped and expected. I wanted a super comfortable deep couch with storage! The ottomans storage capacity huge, it’s great! But my number one concern was being able to wash the covers and every single cushion can be washed!
