Best Replacement Weather Stripping I Have Found
First the negative....One of the pieces came a little dirty because the packaging is open at the ends. That was the end I cut off to make it fit. I am not totally convinced that the magnets do much. to make the seal tight. It's not like they are so strong that they will "grab" your door if it is not against it. Finally, no instructions, I had to look at amazon reviews to determine which side the magnetic piece went on (the door handle side). Now the positive....seems very well made and durable yet easy to cut with a pair of scissors. Installed with very little effort and looks very streamlined installed, especially compared with the foam type. It did not interfere with the door closing all the way. I have tried a couple different types and this is by far my favorite. I will order again.

Works great.
Works great. Fits into standard kerf. The white color of this and the fairly thin plastic used does allow some light seepage through the actual magnetic seal, so it is possible to see some light coming through the thin crack between your door and jamb. It allows light, but the magnet seals tightly against the steel door. Costs a bit too much for what it is, but it does what it's supposed to do.

Works excellent. One strip contains magnet, other is pressure seal only
Came in 3 strips, one for the upper door, two for sides. One of the sides did not have the magnetic strip. Was hoping to use this on two exterior doors (not replacing the existing ws on the inside of the front door). Ran a flashlight around the door while outside and had the wife looks for light inside. Considering she didn't see any light coming through I'd say this seals the door pretty well. A little disappointing about the missing strip with magnet but otherwise still probably worth the money.

Great product great price
Using Amazon search engine to find products like this is why I purchase from Amazon. Products like this are difficult to find and even more difficult to get competitive pricing. Amazon makes it easy to find products like this. This is a great product that was used to replace a 30 year old gasket and I expect to get at least 20 years out of it. Very easy to install and saves money on heating and cooling as well as door replacement. I reconditioned an existing door Painted the door frame and installed this gasket saving myself about $400.

Sealed the door
These replaced the original seals in the door that had torn and were hanging freely. After removing the old seals and staples, these were easy to align and push in. Mine needed some sizing , which I knew when I bought them. It was easily done with a pair of diagonal cutters. They have been in a couple of years now and now problems. Now to order some for the back door.

Magnet not strong enough to keep the wind out!
Easy to put in for a girl but the magnet isn’t strong enough to seal the door. I still have to use tube insulation on my front door to keep the wind out. We get profound wind in my front yard. The magnet just doesn’t have a grim hold. If you have any ideas I’ll try them!

Replace old weather seal in minutes, works great it's still perfect 8 months later!
If your not sure about how to replace your old ripped up weather seal (pet dogs,) there are hundreds of video's on youtube that will show you how it's done. It took almost 20 minutes to install this products on two doors! Product is great and much cheaper than I could find locally. I checked everywhere for this or similar products at an equal price and it is not availaqble for me. Couldn't be happier!

VERY Weak Magnet - Doesn't Stick To Metal Door, DOES NOT SEAL
We bought this instead of a standard "compression" seal because it's touted as having a tight magnetic seal when used with a metal door. Well, this magnet is so weak as to be laughable. There's less than a 1/16" gap between the seal & my metal door, but the magnet won't stick to the door, leaving a small, but significant gap that doesn't seal nearly as well as traditional, foam door seals. What is the point of a "magnetic" door seal if the magnet doesn't do its job and stick to the metal door? We even took 2 leftover pieces of the strip and stuck the magnets together, which should hold with twice the force of 1 magnet against steel. The 2 magnets barely held to each other and a very light pull with the tip of my fingernail caused them to come apart. Now, imagine half that force trying to seal your door and you've got something completely useless. Also, where most door seals are made of a flexible, but tough and slightly textured material, this seal is made from VERY thin material that is even flimsier than the kind of seal you find on a refrigerator door (feels like cheap rubber). I doubt it'll last more than a couple of years before needing to be replaced. It is absolute garbage.Don't waste your money on this. Frost King used to stand for quality, but now it's worse than off-brand door seals. If I hadn't already cut it to fit my door I would return this flimsy junk immediately. But what I WILL be doing is putting the old door seal back since it objectively works better than this so-called magnetic (non)seal.Avoid at all costs, save your money, but a standard foam-based seal. I'll be removing this terrible seal and replacing it with a much cheaper standard compression seal that actually does the job for a fraction of the cost of this junk.If I could return it after cutting it to fit I would. In fact, I'm writing the seller after this to see if I can send back this useless pile of flimsy junk.

So far, so good. Very happy
Just received this kit today so I can't comment much on long term durability. The material is lighter and appears thinner than the original seal material on my 20 year old door, but I'd chalk that up to modern manufacturing and materials. Feels pretty sturdy and I could not easily tear a sample piece. The magnets worked fine on my door with pretty good grip.I can see a bit more daylight on some sections of the door but that's because the material is bright white and let's more light through. I've checked from inside and outside and I'm getting a good air seal.Install was super easy and I didn't have to remove the door. Took 15 mins. Clean out the old kerf channel well and measure twice and cut once you'll be fine. Always cut a little longer than you need and trim after checking the fit.

Its okay....I found the magnet a bit weak, was hopping to have it compensate, but ended up spending a afternoon to proerpy align my 30 year old door.... works great in the end.
