My son just turned 8 but he has adhd. His anxiety and adhd has caused him to start biting his shirt leaving his collar wet. This is perfect for him, age appropriate and has really helped! I have no fear it will break off and he will choke.

My autistic son loves these! He has oral sensory issues and this helps him calm down to be able to chew these when over stimulated. Thick quality so I'm not worried about him biting through. Easy to clean.

Overall the chewy is strong and thick, great for oral sensory seekers, chewy is large in size compared to others, and the chewy itself isnnot easily chewed through. However my child has chewed off the plastic clasps on the necklaces and could have choked on them. It lasted less than a day before lost its purpose as a necklace.

My kiddo has PICA, and instead of eating or chewing on things they shouldn't - I give the option of these necklaces and every time it helps with the situation. They arrive in a timely manner, and are packaged nicely. I washed them in the dishwasher, and they came out perfectly fine. This is something I appreciate, for the convenience factor.When it comes to durability, they are still going even after a couple months of having them. The only thing that doesn't seem to be as durable is the necklace thread itself. That had to be taken off of a couple of the chew necklaces because they were fraying and breaking. This is just a minor issue considering the actual part to be chewed on is still in pretty good condition. I like that there are 6 included as well because that also gives more options.Comparing these to other chew necklaces and those like it the price point is pretty similar. I would recommend them.

These are cute! The silicone teething part is thick and is a nice quality silicone. 3 are reminiscent of Spiderman without being officially licensed, and the other 3 look like sharks teeth. They're not too childish looking for dads or grandpas to wear while holding a baby, and keeps them from dropping or throwing it on the floor. For older kids that can have things put around their neck, the breakaway clasp works well.
