the quality of the earphone is ok at best. It's fine for voice
I needed a some headphones for a motorcycle ride. I wanted something to block out the wind noise, and so I could listen to some audio books.First, the quality of the earphone is ok at best. It's fine for voice, but lacks any bass. It's a mushroom shape with a rubber tip that goes inside the ear, helping blocking out the wind noise. The foam is really cool. It sets up nice, but stills remains soft. It sticks to the ear earphone very well.As for application, I first put the earphone in, mashed up one the 2-part putty, and packed it around my ear and over the earphone, and waiting 10 minutes for it to setup. It looked good and it did not fall out in my helmet. I did the same for the other side. However, after the first hour of riding, things started to really hurt. The helmet presses in spots on and around my ears and changes the how it fits. It got really painful.Still having a single container of foam/putty left over, I pulled/cut the old foam off the earphone, and using a half container for each ear, I remade it and packed it into my ear, then put my helmet on and let it setup. This worked much better. No pain at all in one ear, and the other started to get a bit of pain after 6 hours. I may need to remake that one. That said, even when they are pain free, they don't come close to blocking the same amount of wind noise as cheap foam ear plugs. Better then nothing, but not as quiet I would like. For my next long time, I may get some professional ones made. These work in a pinch, but I need something more quiet, with better audio quality.

Great low cost solution to keeping your earphones in your ear
I have small ears and have always had a problem fitting and keeping earphones in my ears during any activity. I have considered getting custom molded ones made for a while, but the cost is higher than I could justify. This system developed by FUZE is an excellent solution. The quality of the earphones surprised me, they sound fine to me. I read over the directions and watched a couple of video's on their website. I put the earphones in my ears with music playing to determine the best sound versus fit. After that, I used my iPhone to display a stopwatch as I mixed the two part epoxy type putty. I had the epoxy kneaded well within 30 seconds and proceeded to apply to my ear. FUSE supplies three packs of the putty, one is an extra one to practice, I did not use it. The application of the putty is straight forward and if you are using a mirror, I don't see where you could go wrong. It took about 1 minute and 30 seconds per ear to apply (Mix and apply each ear separately, don't mix both putty's at the same time). I used body lotion to smooth out the outside surface as described in the directions. The putty starts to cure in about 2 minutes and completely cures within 15 to 20 minutes. I did not disturb the earphones for 20 minutes. The earphones were perfectly molded to my ears and they do not fall out. I use them on my motorcycle with my 1/2 helmet. They work perfect and cut down the wind noise to some extent. I still hear my surroundings (similar to a full face helmet) but now can hear my GPS directions and my music. Excellent product!

they stay in!
pros - i can run, work out, etc and they don't fall out or need to be pushed in/adjusted ever.cons - sound quality is poor. no low end at all to these ear buds. i am not that picky about sound when i am at the gym or out for a run. you can tell the wire is cheap too...its almost brittle and it still has kinks in it from being bound in the packaging. during the molding process these seemed super secure, but as they cured i could feel them shrinking up.all in all i would buy these again for the simple fact they stay in. i recently purchased a pair of "sport" headphones from a running expo and they would literally fall off my ears. if i were to buy these again i might just swap out the ear buds that come with the kit and use a pair i already own.

Racers listen up!
I love them I race cars and they work perfect!! This is the second pair ive ordered I love them they cut down on the motor noise in the car making it easier to hear the tech in the headphones during the race! I tell people at the track they are the way to go. No duck tape for this guy I see peoplr I race with putting tape on their ears to keep their headphones in their head during the race! To all racers I stand behind this product and how easy and fast u can make u a set up and they last and fit great time after time!

If you need bargain moldable, this is acceptable.
These do work but you have to really manipulate the material or it may expand in parts of your ear and become uncomfortable. The actual earbuds are sticky and stay in the canal as they should. If you need something custom moldable, that's fine. But if you are in need of ear plugs while riding a moto, I'd recommend checking other manufacturers. No issues with the sound at all.

Not what I hoped for
Yes they work just fine and don't fall off even if your'e in a hurricane, but they definitely dont look as pretty as the picture. This is probably due to the fact I molded them myself, but they end up looking like some sort of weird alien creature attempting to be birthed from your ear canal.

Great concept, but the supplied earbuds suck
Okay, so this is a fantastic concept. The mold at home thing works great. But they are pairing these with low quality headphones. In a volume scale of 1-10, if you go any higher than a 5 the sound gets tinny with way too much treble...so much that if you go past that point, it's just annoying and hurts the ears. Do yourself a favor and buy some good quality earbuds, then buy this kit and throw out their earbuds. Use the epoxy with your good pair. Totally worth the cost if you go that route.

Love these, they help reduce noise
Love these, they help reduce noise, I've even used the mic while on the bike by tucking it into my helmet and people said they could hear me alright. not a replacement for bluetooth helmets but it's still pretty awesome.
