would this fit an ipad mini or a switch lite?

Hi, we don't recommend you put the iPad mini or a switch lite inside, as the switch lite may squeeze the joystick, and the iPad mini may squeeze the screen.

Does it comes with a landyard to use it as a sling over the shoulder bag?

Unfortunately, It does not come with any kind of strap to use it like a sling. However, I tried a modification, using 2 Nite Ize S-biners, which fit perfectly into two loops on the outside corners of the tomtoc organizer. Then, I connected a strap I had from an old Maxpedition bag. (They sell spare shoulder straps on their site and sometimes on Amazon.) It clipped easily to the S-Biners and then i had a sling. I thought it would be great, but it turned out to be a problem. Because the zippers on the Tomtoc open so wide, the whole thing about dumped out, while wearing like a sling. I suppose if you don't have it as packed as I do, it may work. Also, if you just unzip a little bit at a time, you could pull it off. What i ended up doing, was putting the Tomtoc organizer in my 6L sling, by Timbuk2. It fits great, I can zip and unzip while it's inside and stuff stays inside the sling.That's just a personal preference. Tomtoc also makes a great sling,if that's really what you want.

does it come with the airtag holder pictured? if not where can I get that one?

The AirTag holder shown in the photo is not included with the Electronic Organizer. Apple and many sellers here on Amazon sell those silicone AirTag holders with a carabiner. There have got to be over 100 different ones available in all kinds of colors and are relatively cheap (except for the official Apple ones).
