I'm 58 years old and have never had this issue before. I was looking for a product that would give me relief and I found it! I am 4 1/2 days in and it has really worked. After dealing with hemorrhoids for the previous 10 days with OTC creams, nothing was working. I went online and found Hemovir on Amazon. I then went to the company's site to further research. They have a 60-day guarantee but thankfully I won't need it. I did not purchase their cream but have only used this product and witch hazel to put thing to rest. I had/have an internal hemorrhoid and was extremely uncomfortable. This product has reduced the swelling 10 fold within 3 days. I now feel normal, though I'm being careful not to further cause aggravation.My only criticism is that the instructions are lacking. They do not tell you when you can expect relief and what is normal for the type of issue you are having. I had to write the seller who then provided me with the detail of what you can expect for the different types of hemorrhoids. This product is also MADE IN THE USA, which is a plus to me. I have just purchased a second bottle as I want to make sure that things go back to normal and plan to take them precautionary. One bottle of 45 capsules should last you 7 days...though the math is off, if you take 6 pills per day for 7 days, that's 42 capsules, but I'll take them until they are gone.

It works for me. Comparing to other medications (e.g. suppositories) it takes at least few days to start taking effect, but the effect lasts longer. I have hemorrhoids for over 30 years. From time to time they cause itchy pain and bleeding. Hemorrhoidal suppositories based on shark liver oil provide immediate relieve from the itchy pain and bleeding, but hemorrhoids don't go away. When I started taking Hemovir tablets (2 tablets 3 times a day, as recommended) it took about a week to see that hemorrhoids are actually getting reduced noticeably. I'll continue taking Hemovir for some time to see if my hemorrhoids can go away completely.Update: I took one star off, because of the two following reasons:1. Package containing 45 tablets is too small. When taking as directed (2 tablets 3 x day) it lasts for less than 8 days, but it takes more than that to provide significant improvement.2. Price is too high. They need to be taken for extended period of time, what makes it difficult to afford.

Did nothing to relive pain, or shrink any hemorrhoids. Don't waste your money

Sorry, but I really wanted this to work. However, after a week, absolutely no help. I switched to Preparation H and had things cleared up in 3 days. I found this product highly overpriced with minimal benefit. I was unable to return it to Amazon and sent a note to the seller explaining how unsatisfied I was with their product but nothing but crickets from them. I see no evidence that they stand behind their product.

I am appreciative of the quick delivery and it works as well as previous supplier's product but am thinking to get the same amount of capsules as i got with previous suppliers packaging it will probably end up being as much or who knows maybe more ..there i got 180 capsules . I am in need of another quick delivery please am at the end of my 45 capsules supply
