Somebody painted over my kitchen cabinets, including the shelving. This makes the shelves look good and new!I recommend one of the laminate trimmers to ensure clean even cuts. Snipped the ends with scissors.Irons on easily with med heat.

Overall great product. Looks good, installs easy, glue holds great and melts fast. BUT as I got near the center of the roll I saw black splotches underneath the glue. Can't return it as the roll is mostly used, disappointed.

I was surprised to find finger joints in the roll. The first pair were 39" apart, the next was more like 45", so evidently somewhat random in the roll. I purchased a red oak edge band earlier this year and it was continuous (no finger joints). It was also twice as expensive. If you are edging a long piece, be aware of the joints. As I mentioned, it is somewhat shiny, but could be touched with some 280 grit if that is a problem. The glue coverage looks good, I didn't see any gaps and it appears to be uniform thickness. The test piece I did adhered well using a hobby iron. For the price, this will likely do what you need, just beware of the joints.

This edge band is slightly wider than a 3/4 inch thick (nominal thickness) piece of plywood. It will hang just over the edge so that you can quickly cut it with a utility blade. It is super easy to iron on and sticks well.

This birch edge band was easy to apply to a plywood panel. Care must be taken when trimming the edge as the easily-damaged veneer on my plywood was far thinner than the band. I ordered the JSIWOTH Birch Wood Veneer Edge Banding because I need to restore the bottom front edge of my cabinets where the veneer came off. This banding is a nice neutral color that meets my needs and may be a good option for cabinets with a light stain. The band is birch wood veneer with adequate thickness; it is pre-glued with an adhesive that requires a hot iron to melt the glue while applying it to the repair surface.
