Don’t Buy!!!
It didn’t come with the inserts to put coffee or k pods in. So it is useless. I setup my classroom in AZ. The first cold day I go to make coffee with a pod, peel off the blue tape and nothing inside to put anything in. Worthless piece of crap i splurged on as a teacher for my room. And no way to just order the inside parts for pods.

It is a wonderful product for my husband who has ARMD. We are completely satisfied with it. Heis able to see white items. Plus the buttons on the top are just what he needs.

Be careful emptying pods that it doesn't catch the bottom gripper thingy
I absolutely love this machine but it splashes everywhere

Better than the expensive ones
I replaced my keurig coffee maker with this one. This coffee maker is awesome much better than the expensive keurig I had. I read about how it spatters coffee I haven't and any issues with it. If you want a awesome coffee make get this one. I highly recommend it

Messy
All the buttons work. Comes with good features. Tank could be bigger. Refill after 3 or 4 cup. But makes too much of a mess. Internally (pod area) and especially externally. Too much splash. Back splash and counter.

Coffee is delicious! Lightweight but powerful! Color is nice in kitchen!!!!!
