This was just right to clean out my ears. Wish I would have gotten this sooner because it does a great job. Didn't make a mess like using the syringe and the different setting was a plus. I saw some of the photos posted on here about how much wax they removed. There is no way I have that much wax. I was like I wash my ears every day but I was wrong. I was suprised about how much came out with ear I was having trouble with. It was this specific reason I bought this. Very light and easy to clean up afterwards.
