I've been using these capsules for a week, haven't seen of feel much difference as yet, maybe time will tell.I've been taking one a day, there's no taste and no after taste.

not sure about dosages
item arrived promptly. Their suggested dosage is 1 capsule of 2 billion CFU/ day for various purposes. It also tells me not to exceed the dose unless being advised otherwise. I am taking it while taking antibiotics. Another websites suggests 5 to 40 and yet another one suggests 10 to 20 billion CFU. 2 billion CFU seems far too low.
