Easy to install I put it on a air compressor, It is hard to keep track of the hours it runs.

This is a no fuss, no muss product that just works. I've been testing it out on my ride-on lawn tractor, but since it already has one, I don't need it to stay there. I plan to either put it on my furnace to keep track of how often it runs, or maybe on my snowblower to keep track of oil changes. Or maybe I'll just get another one and use one for each. I hope the adhesive mount holds up in the snow. I like that it has a lock out mode that will prevent it from recording when you want to. A scenario for this would be when you're transporting the item being tracked. One thing to note is that the battery is not replaceable. It claims to last for 3 years with normal use, but it doesn't say if that is 3 years of run time or 3 calendar years. I suspect calendar years.

Using this on an electric motor driven shop air compressor. Works great once you find the sweet spot to activate it, as it "wakes up" from vibration. I just used masking tape and tried a few likely spots on my compressor until I found the most "active" location. From there on in, it's all automatic. Good product.
