These have great taste and are easy to use. Dissolving could take a bit if you just let your drink sit, but you can easily problem solve this by shaking up your bottle for a minute or two to speed up the process. I have had no issues. Great flavor that’s not too sweet, slightly carbonated feeling, and great value for the amount received. No issues with smell or upset stomach. Keeps my energy up when exercising and hydrates well. All the flavors I got were tasty.

I've been using Nuun electrolytes for years. They help me with Colorado's dry air, post exercise and after I've had a couple of drinks. I've had no side effects. They take a couple minutes to dissolve, but they become completely emulsified in water. They taste great as well and seem very effective to help with dehydration.

I was recently diagnosed with dysautonomia, specifically neurogentic orthostatic hypotension. My doctor told me no more plain water as I need all the electrolytes to help boost my blood volume. These are perfect! They have more sodium than most, they taste really good, and so far the best value for the money! I have found that using very cold water makes them dissolve really slow but, I use a little warm water to dissolve then top off with the cold. Works great!

I was expecting edible tablets, but these are dissolvable in water, like an Alka Seltzer. I found the flavor ok, less desirable than some flavors of Gatorade, maybe better than others,and the dissolving was really slow-- You'd want to drop the tab in 20 minutes before your workout was over. That said, I think the mineral/electrolyte content is good. Big plus and selling point: No artificial sweeteners, which trigger me (and a lot of other people) to have migraines or other negative neurological side effects. I think for portability and the no harmful artificial sweetener content, I'm at a 3, held only back by the wait to dissolve and my personal thoughts on the flavor (though to be fair, I don't like a lot of the flavors of these types of products in general). If you're looking for a dissolvable tablet style drink mix with no artificial sweeteners to boost electrolytes, this is a decent option.

Nuun is my go to for hydration. Tablets are convenient for travel and easy to use. And the price point per serving makes them a great deal - especially when purchased on sale!

Easy, not too sweet, and way better than sugary drinks. Keeps me hydrated without feeling gross—always have these on hand.

My wife gets bad migraines and this has helped her keep up her electrolyte balance and minerals. Also tastes great and good value for money!

The flavor is decent on half of these. The result of the item itself leaves a little bit to be desired. They don't really hydrate you as well as other products, I'm a little bit disappointed. They're very sweet.. I'd rather have sugar than false sweeteners because of this outcome. They don't give you energy, or stomach upset no pain relief, textures are irrelevant (amazon feedback suggestions are funny) they dissolve in water with fun bubbles and flipping action, you don't chew or swallow them.. and the pill size goes in I believe 16 ounces of water. I just tossed them in a glass. Plop plop fizz fizz. I'm not sure if I'll buy them again, I'll probably try something else. I'll leave it up to you to decide your own destiny. Oh and the price jumps around. Not the beat selling practices... be very aware.
