Very sturdy construction. Very easy to assemble. NOT waterproof, leaks at th seems that connect it to the frame. I have had to use a ent waterproofing agent on the material and silicone on the seems. Also prone to condensation even with the vents open.

GOOD CONSTRUCTION Overall quality is good surprisingly. The structure is well suited to take on heavy weather however the fabric is yet to be tested in EXTREME winds. Its sun protection factor is perfect, the over design and construction is easy to work with getting in and out of the car. UPDATE: Came back to update my review! Thoroughly happy with it. Owned for roughly a year plus in the Australian sun. Beaming UV rays that destroy car paint within 3 years max. This contraption has held up VERY WELL. Very little discolouration (if at all). It does get dirty. Mould will appear internally but easily preventable with something called “concrobium mould spray” spray that once every 3.5 months and you should be golden. The exterior may get a little mould on it but just spray diluted napisan and wash off (ask chat gpt it should help you). Overall give it 9.5/10. Yes its built in china, but by a reputable seller👍 I park my new lexus in there and its never dirty, and has 0 sun damage because of this thing. (Image bellow was from 3 months ago) ADVICE: MAKE SURE TO ANCHOR THE CONTRAPTION TO THE CONCRETE BY DRILLING INTO THE CONCRETE AND BOLTING IT DOWN. This is how its designed. Wind is your enemy, but wind doesnt beat bolts (it beats sandbags so give up on that idea). Also when bolting it down flare out the long edges by about 15cm on each side. No only will this give you more space inside, but it will stop you from smashing your door on the polls when parked, and also provide better structural plantedness. For hurricane winds, close the contraption and rope the entire thing shut. Hurricane winds tear down home roofs so expect the same for this logically. Mine survived a hurricane 5 months ago by doing this. Opened it back up when it was all well and done, parked the car back in. FINALLY: if your using this for a sedan DO NOT BUY THE LARGE CARPORT its massive, so massive its embarrassing, ugly and overall looks like a fat egg. This add your looking at is for the LARGE SIZE. Make sure to purchase the MEDIUM SIZE for sedans - thats available directly on their website ‘ikuby car ports.’ I returned the large in favour of the medium for this reason.

I bought this car shelter almost two months ago, I must say it has met my expectations. It has been through some windy and rainy conditions and it’s been totally fine, as well with the car being protected. Operating the car cover is quite easy, no heavy lifting required. I like the side flaps on the cover as it helps with condensation also. I originally thought it came with two locking latch sets but it comes with one to cover one side as the other side you should rarely open only to drive through it which is another neat feature, but a quick message to Edward and he sent me out an additional locking latch set. Also must point out if you have any questions, communication with the seller is A+. Edward has been a gentleman. Couple things I might add, perhaps buy some pool noodles for the stationary poles so when opening your car door you reduce the risk of hitting it, you should have enough room regardless of the noodle but I like to be extra protective. Another nice thing to add is, I use a rubber wheel stop, so for when reversing my car into the shelter, i know how far back I can go without hitting the back of the shelter, like I said it’s unlikely this can happen but I rather be extra protective. Overall I’m very happy with the product, would buy one again if I had to, Cheers

Nothing about this product is what they claim to be. its not waterproof, it doesn't close properly, it's shipped from overseas and items are either missing or damaged. Their contact is through their own site and you cannot speak to an agent, so you have to go back and forth by email. Any problems are met with the same response, "We want you to be satisfied". Unfortunately the goal posts keep moving as to how they are going to satisfy you. After complaining about bent units, their response was "we are currently out of stock". After many follow ups Months later bent replacements showed up. Then came the complaint about product leaking. I was told that the product was defective and they would replace the unit. A follow up resulted with the comment that they were working on defective enhancements to the cover and that it would take time to replace it. What happened to replacing the unit? Now it's been months since the so called enhanced cover was to arrive. If you are looking to keep leaves and bird droppings off your vehicle this is it. The bought and paid for you tube videos are overstated. Worst money ever spent on a product that leaves a lot to be desired. By the way, still waiting to hear about the delivery of the new and improved cover, that was supposed to arrive in early December, now it's mid January. Save your money and time there are other products that actually do what they are supposed to do. Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.
