Kinda useless
I can't get any pressure onto my back with this thing and the roller ball is smaller than I expected. I'll just go back to the corner of a wall cause that worked better.

Not even a back scratcher
The “back massager” is made of extremely lightweight plastic. Unable to provide any pressure to sore muscles. The “rolling ball” is also too light and attached loosely. Cannot even be used as a back scratcher 🤦♀️

Perfect as a supplementary tool to ones that don't ROTATE
I have a slim build, 135 pounds. I have intense pain in my neck form sitting at a desk most the day and this tool is perfect for breaking up those sensitive neck knots around the hairline. Also great for traps. The triangular piece by the end allows you to get a surprising amount of leverage.I use this rolling tool in conjunction with a trigger point back buddy tool that has more of a hook to break up knots behind the shoulder blade. Both have provided significant release and saved on message visits

Versatile and easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I've had two neck surgeries and a cute mid and low back pain. This tool can be used delicately or intensly. Also n creative way as well, using the back of chair or couch as a support. It's good for the price and it travels well

Most useful therapy tool I have.
Allows massaging chest, neck, back, shoulders, and any muscles hard to reach. When hot spots are found, a little pressure on that spot, and continued rolling really help to loosen muscles.
