Danpoo Retractable Clothesline for Indoor/Outdoor Use - Adjustable 13.8ft Rust-Resistant Clothes Drying Line with Anti-Sag Function, Compact Design for Apartments, RV, Balcony & Laundry

This review is for Danpoo Retractable Clothesline Indoor Outdoor, Heavy Duty Anti-Sag Wall Mounted Laundry Drying Line with Stainless Steel Rope (white). The retractable drying line was delivered on-time, complete and as described by the seller. The package contained the retractable unit, end piece, two aluminum mounting plates, mounting hardware and a helpful instruction sheet. Installation was straightforward using the included pictorial indications and hardware. The aluminum plates provide a solid fixture onto which the retractable mechanism slots and the end piece cover snaps. The lock button stays in the “free” position while the line is extended and slotted into the end piece; pushing the button into the “lock” position stops the line from extending further. Additional tension can be given to the line by rotating the “tighten” dial clockwise. Push the lock button back into the “free” position in order for the line to be spring-retracted back into its housing. The device appears to be well-made, robust, fully functional and it provides sufficent line tension for our needs. I installed the line in our laundry room and we are using it to hang shirts and similar items straight from the dryer, using clothes-hangers in order to reduce the need for subsequent ironing.

Great purchase! I love the size and how cute the design is, oh and how strong it is! I put it in my laundry room and it is so easy to use, the functionality works great. lastly it took like 2 mins to hang up. Now I dont have to hang clothes over my chairs to dry.

I needed a line to hang towels in the laundry room and this one is perfect. It's easy to install with minimum tools. It deploys and retracts easily. It looks so the weight of the towels is not a problem. Simple and efficient.

Easy to install. Durable. Haven't had any problems with wright being to much has held everything with no problem. Easy to operate

Update- after several months of use I can no longer tighten the tension on the line and the locking lever is not holding. When it rewinds it is now making a high pitched noise associated with the recoil’s function. My first impression. It is not super long but adequately handled our span between wood supports in the carport. The line extends and recoils with ease. The tightening dial makes the line taught. I especially like the line rewind capability so when it is not in use the line is out of the way. Also because it is so small nobody even notices the little green box mechanism on our post. The wire line is a pretty small diameter but holds everything I put on it. I don’t t think I would put a heavy comforter on it . The unit was super easy to install. It will save me money on my utilities. I am pleased with this purchase.

I wanted something to hold the bottom of my curtains on my pergola when it's windy. This is perfect, holds them well as you can make it very tight. Only just put it up though, so we will see if it holds up but great so far

I love this...its saved loads of money. Easy to install and works brilliantly. Have been using for 4 months.
