I'm on day 2 of this and I feel nauseous, bloated and gassy constantlylike i have to go. I'm gonna continue for the rest of the week, if no improvement I will edit my review. Edit: okay I stuck it out, it's been a little over 2 weeks. By the 5th day I started to feel a lot better, take it with food (a good filling meal) and drink lots of water. The bloating stopped, the gassiness went away. It's okay, for a few days there I thought I was gonna die
