What can I say, I LOVE this Jezbo panda camera! Decided to take a chance with this seller being that there are no reviews to show, I’m glad I did! The camera: this little guy is super cute. I bought this for our little one so mom can keep an eye on her while she’s napping, love the way you can just have it running on a phone or tablet and it will stand on and not go to standby mode. Having it setup on a tablet is definitely the way to go. It was a little tricky to setup at the start especially to Wi-Fi but the seller sent an email straight after my purchase and explained in easy to understand terms how to connect it all up. It’s so cool to be able to swipe across the screen and the head moves! So, you’re not stuck with just one view. The 2-way speaker/microphone feature is great too!I read a couple of other seller’s reviews of similar camera’s and one of the main things they complain about is the short cord, this seller listened and did their research, it comes with an extra 1-meter extension cord. I have a power outlet just out of reach of our dresser where the camera sits now and with the extension cord, it can reach, WELL DONE!Happy wife happy life! I can’t recommend this seller more! I’m loving this pet cam! From the design to the image clarity-this was well worth it! It is a bit tricky to set up but I contacted the seller and they helped me step by step. Overall great design, the head on the camera moves (you control it by swiping on your phone) you can pan side to side or up and down. It also has two way audio - it freaks the dogs out but I can also hear them which is cool. (I was even able to get my husbands attention when he wasn’t looking at his phone :) The image is really clear which I love.

the camera itself works excellent. My husband and I both tune in to watch our dogs when we are out of the house. The quality in day or night vision is absolutely great. However, the instructions are difficult to follow, including any online assistance because they are poorly translated. I can’t set up any of the special functions like recording video or setting alarms because I can’t find any clear to use instructions to tell me how or trouble shoot what I may be doing wrong. That being said, I only bought it to keep an eye on the puppies, and for that specific purpose this is the best value for your money. No need to spend a couple hundred on a camera that lets you toss a treat. Has two way audio so the puppies can here me talk to them.

I bought this little camera to watch over my apartment while I’m out of town. If you're computer/technically challenged as I am, even I found it super easy to set up. I just watched the set up guide videos that Jeremy hosts on the Amazon page. The camera picture is really clear and I can pan around the room to see all areas. Great peace of mind for the price. Will definitely buy more from this seller. Great job!

For what I paid I expected very little. But I’m getting a lot. I don’t think tech needs to be super expensive, and this product proves it. I don’t know how to set up recording, unless I view it and click, the scheduled recording isn’t happening, not sure there. Otherwise, I can zoom, I can move view, I get notified. I’m stalking my pets and getting peace of mind. And I didn’t know I could hear when I bought it. I’m an impulse shopper for “cheap” things, so I feel better knowing I got my money’s worth.

Update: We received an upgraded version as ours was destroyed by our pupoies (definitely learned our lesson to leave it we'll out of their reach). The newer model is incredibly faster and easie to set up than the earlier version. Though we definitely didn't have any complaints to the definition and the quality of the image and sound we had with the older version, we immediately noticed the improvement in quality in both also. Very happy with this newer version!Set up took a bit of time, but in the end the results were amazing.

I bought this product a few weeks ago. The picture is great. The original one I purchased has an issue with the night vision staying on even in daylight which makes the picture appear black and white. I contacted the company and within a day had tech support and then an eventual replacement in less then a week. The overall product is great for the price and customer service is outstanding. I would like to see more features added for the phone app. and that is what is causing me not to give a full 5 stars.
