I'm not sure whether I set the TV up or if I just clicked a few buttons whilst the TV set itself up; it was so quick and easy to install. I did have a 50" Hisense TV I was perfectly happy with, but unfortunately due to myself, an unfortunate tumble and a curtain pole; I shattered it beyond repair. I ordered this as a replacement and it came the next day; delivered by lovely couriers from ArrowXL. I was concerned seeing other reviews about the sound quality and planned a sound bar in the future if needed; however this one is much, much better than the old one for sound quality. I had to have the old one on about 22 in the living room to hear well; this one is clear at 14/16. I'm one for settings so I checked the sound and picture mode; finding one that worked well. It's heavier than the old television marginally and a little thicker; however that's okay as it is a bigger screen. The picture is clear and lovely and I'm really happy with it and especially as it was a lower price than the original TV but seems much better. I'm not a big fan on the amount of themed buttons on the top of the remote; could do without those personally but it synced up to my firestick without any setup, and the firestick remote automatically controls the TV too (again with no setup, just right away). It ran a quick update after being first setup; and the OS seems quick enough and responsive too. I'm very happy and honestly always think of and come back to Hisense as they always have a reasonable price compared to other brands. UPDATE: I'm writing this on 30/06/25 and I can still say the TV is really good; still fast and clear and I've had no issues with it. Everything about still tracks.

Great tv, great picture quality and very easy to set up and use. I've hung ours on the wall and it was very easy to do and looks amazing! Decent length of warranty comes with the TV for no extra cost. Lots of free channels are on this tv too so there's plenty to choose from and if we can't find anything then we have prime, disney+, Netflix etc to choose something on. Excellent tv, well worth the cost! Remote control is very streamline too and easy to use. 0 lag with using the WiFi through the tv for all our needs.

I got this in 9 months ago and I waited so long to drop this review because I don’t want to mislead people. This Hisense TV is highly recommended, quality pictures view, big screen and an inbuilt loud speaker/sound. I have been enjoying it since then. If you also love gaming and you need a bigger and brighter screen then this is for you

The Hisense 55 Inch 4K Smart TV 55A6NTUK is a good TV for the price with clear picture quality and easy setup. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy it for long—my 4-year-old accidentally smashed with a ball, and it stopped working. Still, the TV itself was great while it lasted.

Great tv and remote very pleased

I have initially bought a 50’ samsung tv, but I’ve realised that the quaility of the image is not as good. Switched to the hisense 55’ tv and I was really impressed by the image quality. Even cheaper than the samsung one and with Dolby Vision which makes a massive difference. Pros: - amazing image quality for it’s price. - really quick user interface and easy to use (also it comes w a mobile app which is great) - quite cheap for what it offers Cons: - speaker is quite bad, consider buying a soundbar - materials look cheap

Decent enough , im usually a sony tv person ( cannot afford this luxury anymore ) way better than i though for price ( just blacks are not the best probably in options somewhere to adjust not had time ) even has screws for vesa mount ( if you have one ) only problem is the screws dont fit into back of tv too small luckily i have plenty that did so its up on my mount. easy set up and updated firmware straight away. I wont be using the apps installed as tv isnt linked up to anything other than my console or firestick. picture quality is very nice dont see any dark areas in corners some times the case with cheaper brand tvs. Ill see how it fares over next 6 months regarding this. Overall a worthy purchase if your not in the realm of £1000 + Tv`s. Thought id edit this after a couple of months with it. terrible for gaming dont bother with it, everything lags. Primary use is to watch netflix or when i have prime or summat , colouring isnt good specially blacks there just grey what ever i try, some screen modes the whites end up being like a beige in colour . both edges of screen dont look right ( too bright ) Nice try hisense but your logo of top tv seller in the world is way off, top crap selling tvs would be more appropriate.

Excellent value for money. Very clear, precise, full of colour and sharpness. Watching programmes on this TV is pure joy.
