I bought this automotive battery charger because my 20+ year old basic chargers failed. What attracted me to this particular battery charger was the features and price. I'd have spent more locally for battery chargers with less features. This charger worked perfectly to recharge a car battery that hadn't been used in 6 months. I liked seeing how the charge percentage progressed and voltage increased. I used a volt meter to compared with the displayed voltage on the charger and both were the same. One note is that the charger only displays to one decimal point (12.7vdc) compared to a multimeter that showed to two decimal points (12.65vdc). It also has auto shutoff to prevent overcharging which I appreciate. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

My 07 Kia Sportage sat all winter, battery was just purchased in June 2025, we moved to our new home in December and car sat all winter, bought this charger, stated could revive dead batteries, sounded good, purchased, charged and bang first key turn and she fired right up! So for me great charger and worked as described

I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed with a battery charger, but this 12V/24V heavy-duty charger really delivers. I’ve used it on everything from my truck and car to my motorcycle and even the lawn mower—it works like a charm every time. It adjusts automatically based on the battery type and condition, which takes all the guesswork out of it. One of the best features is the smart trickle charge and auto shutoff. I can hook it up and walk away without worrying about overcharging. The repair mode actually brought back a battery I was about to toss, and the winter mode is a nice bonus when temps drop and the batteries start acting up. It’s built solid, easy to use, and honestly makes me wonder how I got by without one.

Works great. Easy to use. I have a parasitic draw in my vehicle that I dont want to look for so this is very helpful with keeping my battery fully charged

Very good battery charger, I had a vehicle 1-00% dead. I was afraid it would have to be towed to dealer. My only gripes on this product is no ground electrical terminal. The charge grips for batterly are a little small. Barely fit my clamps/batteries. It did shut off when at 1-00%, but it does not shut down the electrical display panel. Really a nice charger overall. I have an old one going in recycle. I have charged 2 vehicles already, I have two occasional drivers.

The battery on the mower was completely dead from sitting in the winter. I had tried a trickle charger, but it was useless. I then found this and decided to try it. A few hours and it worked!! It's really great. It also has a trickle charger to use when the mower has idle time. It's very easy to use and does what you need.

My buddy and I, a couple of old, retired Marine shooters, rebuild and restore old weapons as a hobby. The need to removed ancient accumulations of rust is a constant problem for us. After months of trying various "chemical" bath systems, we built a home made electrolysis tank to do a faster, better and safer job of rust removal. To power it we needed a 12 volt power source with adjustable amperage options. After a long search, we discovered the PCHH and it actually advertised as being good for electrolysis. Price wise it was fairly affordable. Before ordering we queried PcHH about using it for electrolysis as we could find no reviews where it had been used for this purpose. They assured us it would work. When the unit arrived, the instruction booklet contained zero information on how to use it for electrolysis. But we contacted PCHH and, within an hour or two, had the instructions in hand on how to set the machine up for electrolysis. Although there is no actual way to increase or decrease the amperage on the unit.....we found that, as the electrolysis progresses, the unit adjusts the amperage up automatically from around 2 amps to 10 amps, which is about the maximum amperage you can use safely with this process anyway. The unit is solid, well built, quiet and does not heat up even when it has worked for three or four hours. As a battery charger, it appears as if it would also work well as it has a winter time mode and a mode for recharging and rehabbing dead batteries. These are features we don't need for our use, but which would be beneficial for someone using it as an actual battery charger. It is money well spent and we appreciate how responsive PCHH was to our pleas for assistance. They answered all of our emails in great detail withing hours.

So far it works good. Wasn't sure at first but took a chance. So far I've repaired and charged 7 batteries. Hopefully save me some money in the long run.

It seem decent , the repair mode seems to work really good at restoring damaged batteries , the weather modes seem like they will be helpful . I like the size and the fact it will do multi voltages . The user screen is well laid out and the controls are very easy to understand . Only thing I question is the gauge of wires use on the clamps.
