Update at bottom of review:I love this thing! I just returned from a trip overseas visiting my daughter and family. They had one of these. It does not have the bells and whistles some other foamers have but it works wonderfully. We added a coating of foamed milk to our morning coffee and it elevated it into something wonderful (and since covid lockdown happened just after I arrived we could not go out for coffee). You cannot submerge the Unit for cleaning however it can be washed and wiped out (do this after every use if you don’t want old milk gunk building up). It’s very easy to do. You can also add a small amount of soapy water to the foamer and just run it. Then rinse the same way. That cleans the foaming arm well. The arm snaps in place with a magnet and you can take that out to wash it. This device is worth every penny. Looks great, easy to use, easy to wipe clean, and elevates your morning coffee or tea to something divine One drawback- if you don’t use the foam immediately it will fade back into milk. The unit is so fast and quiet it’s easy to not be aware when it’s done so pay attentionUpdate July 2020:I dropped a star as my particular unit tends to burn or thicken a little milk on the bottom each time I use it. It does not affect the foam, but after each use I need to wipe out the bit of thick burned area on the bottom. I still love the unit. My son in law’s unit does this occasionally. But mine does it each time. It works fine on cold setting and on warm setting I just need to stop it manually a bit earlier than it stops itself. It’s a very minor issue.

I bought this as a replacement. The frother arm as been redesigned since my original purchase. Still heats up milk nicely, however there is no froth. Just a few bubbles on the surface. I have tried several types of dairy products, all with the same disappointment. The previous one made a nice head of froth so not sure why the company felt the need to change it.

I love this Frother it is so easy to use and clean, I got the coffee system and even though the capsules are expensive I treat myself on weekends with coffee and Frother.

Maybe not as slick as Nespresso and slightly bigger but you can't beat the price and the quality. Works very well, easy to use and clean. It works great: produces hot milk or froth. I'm not sure what some reviewers were referring to when they complained that the milk frother did not work well.

Every morning is a joy with the milk tool at hand. If you don't use sugar having one of these is a must, and it makes a flavored coffee extra tasty. Dealing with a super responsive company is also part of the buying experience & you could not find a better company.

Original one given to me as a gift from my son. Loved it, worked well...then it didn't. I replaced it with a new one from Amazon. Had it about 6 months (no regular use), it doesn't work any longer. Has anyone else had this problem?I loved it when it worked!! Just can't keep spending money twice a year to replace the frother.

It was east use and easy to storage like that has the cold and hot options, I do hot chocolate there for my daughter and she loves it, other than of course milk for my lattes great buy and great price absolutely recommend

I ordered the machine first and then wanted to add the milk frother. It works so well and was easy to plug into my espresso machine. It froths milk very quickly. Easy to clean as well. Only suggestion is to really wash before first use and let it air dry as it tends to have a weird smell when you first open it

frother doesn’t do hot anymore only first time heat up milk after that doesn’t do heating up. Only cold. Disappointed.I want replacement

It never heated the milk and it didn't have an Australian plug or an adapter.
