Q: reading the reviews, i see two different sizes given! what size are they?

It was actually a variety pack. You receive different sizes.

Q: About how many different designs are there?

There are many patterns. Checks, Polka Dots, Plaids, and Florals. Lots of different florals but most patterns had at least two, sometimes up to four. Then if you factor in the different colors, it accounts for many more different ones. I made a picture of lady with buttons as a dress pattern and it came out beautifully. I would definitely buy these again.

Q: Are the plaid buttons orange or yellow? I'm looking for blue and orange plaid buttons.

Sorry for the delay - there are no orange plaid in my mix. They are mostly floral, with some plaid’s mixed in, but no orange. There are a few dark blue plaid mixed in but mainly purple.
