I find bamboo brushes too hard and hurt my mouth quite a lot, as much as I try to use them! This is a decent replacement, with less plastic waste by throwing away just the head.Toothpaste, water etc. does build up inside the head, so I recommend removing bristles, rinsing and letting it dry after each use.The bamboo bristles do come out in your mouth occasionally, which is a bit grim.

I had to change the head after literally 15 brushes. Waste of money and plastic.
