FINISH WILL FADE EASILY
The size and wood color was right for my shower. However, as soon as the shower water hit the caddy the polyurethane finish (or whatever the finish is) on it, washed off and the wood was bare. I will now need to sand it and refinish it. Not what I had planned to do after doing a total DIY remodel. I had guests and was counting on the caddy looking fresh for my Zen themed bathroom. Very disappointing.
